Register for the Conference

Note

  • Registration fee, banquet and excursion purchases are NOT refundable
  • Advance registration is required of all conference participants
  • Due to the number of registration, the excursion plan has been changed to
    • Option 1: Visit collection of Japanese Maps of the Tokugawa Era on Friday, October 14
    • Option 2: film watching on Saturday, Oct 15
  • The excursion tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.  If excursion tours are cancelled, the corresponding fee will be refunded
    • Option 1 does NOT include dinner
