Proposal for Panels

Chairing a Session

The Conference Organizers thank all Panel Chairs and Organizers in advance. Chairs or moderators are responsible for introducing each of the presenters and for keeping track of time.

Please ensure that all scheduled presenters have the same opportunity to present and that there is a minimum 15 minutes left at the end for questions and comments.

We invite all interested JSAC members and non-members to make proposals for conference panels or individual papers. Research across disciplines is welcome.

Where a group of presenters’ wishes to form a panel, the panel organiser should coordinate with the other speakers and take responsibility for that panel, and ensure that all details are provided with the consent of the other speakers. We encourage JSAC members and friends to arrange special panels (e.g. history, politics) and to submit the Conference Organizers directly with their ideas.
